As the year comes to an end, and I sit down to reflect on the past twelve months, I realise what an amazing time it has been.
This year I challenged myself in many ways, I experimented with new materials, learned new techniques, I met lots of interesting people and experienced so much. Many of my paintings found new homes, which always makes me happy. I visited the biennale in Venice, and found inspiration and creative energy.
One of my paintings was exhibited at the Royal West of England Academy in Bristol.
And the highlight of the year was my solo exhibition “10” in Brixen, Italy, which was a huge success.
All these experiences have allowed me to grow so much as an artist, and as a person. I finally feel like I have found my place. And I am more and more convinced that we all need art and creativity in our lives, as I can see how much it has given me.
I would like to thank you all for your support, encouragement, friendship, advice, help and love. Thank you for being part of my dream. It means a lot.
I wish you all a wonderful, peaceful and joyful Christmas, and lots of happiness in the New Year.
