My time in Venice is over...for now! I learned so much, crossed borders, experimented with new materials and techniques, met some fantastic people, and I am going home with a suitcase full of inspiration, creativity and fresh ideas!
I think it's so important for artists to keep developing and challenging themselves, and I am extremely grateful to the Summer Academy of Fine Arts and Media in Venice, as well as to my teacher Andrzej Wełmiński, for this wonderful opportunity!
Below some pictures of one of the projects I worked on. Using wood, plaster, paper, paint, wire, fabric and real plants, I tried to portray a story, of life and death, inspired by the tragic events taking place in the world recently.
Taking things to the next level!
I am very excited to be at the International Summer Academy of fine arts and media in Venice, creating art with Andrzej Welminski, painter, installation artist, director, stenographer and performer.
It's going to be Sweet!
Excited and honored to be taking part in this joint exhibition, alongside so many renowned local and international artists, like Pergher, De Chirico, Depero, Valazza and Fellin, from 22 July to 28 August at the Galeria90 in Muhlbach (Südtirol/Italy)!
And you're all invited!
